Trendr is committed to providing a high-quality service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines your rights to a refund for purchases made through Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), our Merchant of Record.
You are eligible for a full refund of your initial monthly subscription payment if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not significantly utilized the service (e.g., generated excessive content).
You are eligible for a full refund of your annual subscription payment if requested within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds for one-time credit packs are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the credits have not been used. Once credits are consumed to generate content, they are non-refundable.
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). If you use the service during this period, you may be liable to pay for the service used up to the point of cancellation.
As our Merchant of Record, Polar reserves the right to review and issue proactive refunds at its own discretion within 60 days of a purchase to prevent fraud, manage risk, or resolve unaddressed customer support inquiries, regardless of other provisions in this policy.

We review all refund requests within 24-48 hours. Once approved, the refund will be processed by Polar immediately. Funds typically return to your bank account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times. Note that initial transaction processing fees are generally non-refundable.
We encourage you to contact us first if you have an issue. Initiating a chargeback dispute without contacting support may result in the immediate suspension of your account and banning from future use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
